ELPsych is a website that aims to provide resources useful to those struggling with Mental Health problems.  The site may also be of interest to anyone effected by Mental Health issues through friends or family or professionals in the field.  We have a particular interest in our own geographical area; East Lothian, South East Scotland.

About Me

My name is Jamie Morris and I am a Community Mental Health Nurse working within the Psychological Therapies part of East Lothian’s Community Mental Health Team.  This site is a personal project not connected to my work within the NHS.  Therefore, any views stated are mine and have nothing to do with my employer.  When I do give information about NHS services, it is always information available elsewhere in the public domain.
