Bi-Polar Support Group
East Lothian Bi-Polar Support Group
In East Lothian we have Bi-Polar Support Groups running in two of our towns. Each group is run using the “Peer Support” model meaning that the organisers and people that attend the groups have all been effected by Bi-Polar Disorder (still sometimes referred to as Manic-Depression).
The groups are very welcoming to anyone that suffers Bi-Polar Disorder, their family, friends and carers and anyone else that is effected. It is the ideal environment to seek support from other people that know exactly what you are going through.
